Gig calendar

Every gig, in one place,
shared with the band.

Plan concerts, rehearsals and events with setlist links, soundcheck times and venue info. Synced in real time. Export any gig directly to your iOS Calendar.

The calendar

Month view, day view and upcoming — all three in one screen.

The Strofa calendar shows gigs in a standard month grid. Tap a date to see that day's gig in detail. The "Upcoming" tab shows the next 30 days in a list — useful during busy seasons when you need a quick scan of what's coming.

Each gig stores: title, date, start time, soundcheck time, venue (linked to your Venue Library), setlist (linked to your song library), notes and scope (private or band). The band filter at the top of the calendar lets you see your full personal schedule, or limit the view to one specific band.

When another band member adds or modifies a gig in the band calendar, it appears on your screen within seconds in real time. No manual refresh needed — the calendar stays live throughout the day.

  • Month view, day view, upcoming list
  • Setlist linked to each gig — one tap to open
  • Soundcheck and start time stored separately
  • Private or band scope per gig
  • Real-time sync when band members add/edit gigs
  • Band filter — one band or all bands at once

iOS Calendar export

Tap the Calendar icon on any gig to export it to your iOS Calendar app. Strofa creates an event with the gig title, start time, soundcheck time and venue address. The event stays linked — if you update the gig in Strofa, you can re-export to update the iOS event.

Requires the Strofa native build (not available on OTA). Exported events appear in the default iOS Calendar.

Apple Maps

Tap the venue address on any gig card to open it in Apple Maps. Shows directions from your current location. Useful for finding new venues on gig day without leaving Strofa.

Export & navigate

iOS Calendar export. Apple Maps directions. One tap each.

Every gig has an iOS Calendar export button. Tap it and Strofa creates an event in your iOS Calendar with the gig title, start time, soundcheck time and venue address automatically filled in. You can then get a notification from iOS at the right time — even if Strofa isn't open.

If a gig is linked to a venue in your Venue Library, the address and phone number are shown directly on the gig card. Tap the address to open Apple Maps with directions from your current location. Useful on gig day when you're navigating to an unfamiliar venue.

The setlist link on each gig card opens the setlist directly in Strofa — one tap from "what are we playing tonight?" to the first song of the set.

Gigs can be private (only visible to you) or band-scoped (visible to all band members). Band members can see each other's busy times in the month view, which helps with booking and scheduling rehearsals around everyone's availability.
